When it comes to your event be it a wedding, small party or a film production, our goal is to alleviate the stress and burdens you face trying to plan an event from hundreds of miles away. We are here locally with the vendors we choose to ensure your event goes as planned with grace and perfection.

Courtney, the owner and designer is meticulously organized, creative, and books a limited number of events per year to ensure each event gets the attention it deserves.

Born in Toronto, Canada and raised in the United States, Courtney spent much of her time growing up in Arizona. She has a degree in Business Management from Arizona State University. She found adventure by moving away from the states in 2005 and traveling frequently in her early twenties. She eventually landed in Costa Rica where she met her husband Storm.

Courtney and Storm moved to Sayulita in 2009 and have been living here full time ever since. They have owned numerous businesses including a small hotel, rental home, small grocery store and a bar that they just recently sold.

They are also co-founders and managing partners in Festival Sayulita - a 5 day film, music, and lifestyle festival that happens annually. She also assists in film production as a local fixer. Whether it be a still or video production, Courtney can help arrange everything with her amazing organization skills. From accommodation to transportation, venue scouting, craft services, and logistics.

From planning weddings, fundraisers, and music festivals, Courtney stays cool through it all. A natural born leader with a creative vision; who stays calm under pressure ensuring all aspects of your event go off with seamless transitions and ease.

Having lived in Sayulita for 11 years, her fluency in Spanish and personal relationships and negotiation abilities with the local vendors proves invaluable when planning your event.

SOY YO!

Left handed Capricorn (aka The REAL Me)

Things I love: old school planner, yellow gold, tacos for breakfast, lunch and dinner, coconuts, the color turquoise, palm trees, margaritas, my husband Storm, my daughter Rebel, Maybelline Great lash (in the pink tube), making lists on paper so there’s satisfaction when I cross something off, Haviannas, sunshine, wavy hair, painted toes in the sand.

I have a fine eye for detail - sometimes it’s the little things you never thought of that make you and your guests feel at home and safe. I’m creative and artistic - I love taking a clients’ vision and making it a reality. I’m open to all types of design : Mexican fiestas, beachy, tropical, boho, modern, industrial. I love the challenge of bringing a vision to life.

I’m spontaneous and quick on my feet and mind. S#!& happens and I pride myself in being able to react to situations when they arise in a calm, relaxed and clear headed manner. To make quick adjustments or changes when needed as life (and events) continue on.

Those aspects and love for design is what makes me invaluable to my clients. With your guidance, I will create an event that represents you, your partner, your relationship and future together.
